Lake Rathetear has roughly 150 appropriate level NPCs in zone. Considering how long you stay at that level range these days that should be fine. I could use South Karana as another option as well.
Yxxta is being changed for Kod'Taz. Much better spread of NPCs there I think.
Thalassius has over 300 NPCs of in the 73-77 range. I find it hard to believe a single group can keep that clear if you're of the appropriate level for the zone.
