Just so as to be clear on what we’re talking about here. The wedding pack includes:
· Ticket to spawn the wedding instance – This instance lasts 6 hours and lets you add up to 99 other people to it. The invite mechanic works just like an other DZ.
· Pair of wedding rings – The rings each have 10 charges of the Nimbus of the Lover.
· Wedding Cake – Works very similarly to how the 10th Anniversary cake did.
· Florist Token – Lets you change the flowers that show up in the various vases inside the chapel.
That being said, we have no plans on limiting the guide’s ability to perform their own ceremonies anywhere in the world with the exception of the new chapel(s). You’re more than welcome to continue performing your own ceremonies and request guide assistance FOR FREE. Likewise, you’ll still be able to request last name changes for a wedding as well with or without buying the wedding pack.
This does not represent a movement towards a content on demand model with zones being charged for individual use. Depending on the popularity of the wedding pack we may in the future do similar types of event packs such as birthdays, etc.
