Do you know most of the runner in Field of Scale theme and Karofax also enrage?
Do you know what SNARED MOB + RUN AT LOW HEALTH + ENRAGE = ?

I know of no plans for it in Underfoot. Certainly NOT for basepop. No gurantees for rares.
