OK. Correct. In MOST cases low impact. For the classes where we DO make it a priority (Bards and Enchanters) it has more of an impact, and they also get more on their Armor because of that.
More what, exactly ? More total heroics, or more raw heroic CHA ?
Can assure you, its extremely low impact for bards, since our charm is extremely limited.
More "bonus" heroic CHA. You still get the baseline appropriate to a tankish hybrid (bards are still a weird duck).
