The bug only appeared in my bug box recently....
I was always under the impression that it was a design decision, not a bug.
if so -no-one documented it... and no-one on the current team is from that era... and most everything else from that era got aug slots added tot hem in the mass aug slot addition that happened when aug slots were added...
so....
saw no reason not to add a 7 like everything got.
